Information Salon collects

Registration collects your name, email, role, public link, selected interests, and consent. Artwork submissions also collect artwork files, artwork information, rights and AI disclosures, and review records.

How it is used

Salon uses this information to operate exhibitions, review submissions, publish accepted work, create public artist records, and send only the updates you selected. Private email addresses and reviewer notes are not published.

Storage and retention

Records and artwork files are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure. Unselected submissions may be removed after an exhibition’s operational and dispute period. Published exhibition records may remain in the archive.

Your choices

You may withdraw update consent or request access, correction, or removal by emailing info@8network.io. Removal of an archived work also removes its public artist record when no other published work remains.
